⁣গণ-অভ্যুত্থানের মুখে ৫ আগস্ট ক্ষমতা ছেড়ে ভারতে পালিয়ে যান আওয়ামী লীগের নেত্রী শেখ হাসিনা। এদিন সকালেই গণভবনে এক চাঞ্চল্যকর ঘটনা ঘটে যায়। আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনালের শুনানিতে সেই ঘটনার বিস্তারিত জানান চিফ প্রসিকিউটর মোহাম্মদ তাজুল ইসলাম।

⁣আওয়ামী লীগের ১৭ বছরের শাসনকালে কখনো মুক্তিযোদ্ধা সন্তান কমান্ড, আবার কখনো বঙ্গবন্ধু সাংস্কৃতিক জোটের নেতা পরিচয় দিতেন তিনি। বাউল সেজে গাইতেন শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান আর শেখ হাসিনার গান। জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানে আওয়ামী লীগের পতনের পর ভোলপাল্টে নাম লিখিয়েছেন ভূঁইফোড় সংগঠন জাতীয়তাবাদী বাউল দলে।

⁣পাকিস্তান ও ভারতের মধ্যে সম্ভাব্য পারমাণবিক যুদ্ধকে “অকল্পনীয়” ও “অযৌক্তিক” বলে অভিহিত করেছেন পাকিস্তানের আন্তঃবাহিনী জনসংযোগ বিভাগ (আইএসপিআর)-এর মহাপরিচালক লেফটেন্যান্ট জেনারেল আহমেদ শরিফ চৌধুরী। তাঁর মতে, এ ধরনের সংঘর্ষ দুই দেশের জন্যই “পারস্পরিক ধ্বংস” ডেকে আনতে পারে।

⁣রাজধানী ঢাকাসহ সারা দেশের আইনশৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতির অবনতি ঘটেছে। যেভাবে চলছে তা অব্যাহত থাকলে সামনের পরিস্থিতি আরও অবনতি হবে বলে আশঙ্কা করছেন আইনপ্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার কর্মবর্তারাই।

⁣বিনিয়োগে ‘মাস্টার প্ল্যান’
আশিক চৌধুরীর মূল লক্ষ্য: “১০০ বিলিয়ন ডলার বিনিয়োগ এনে দেশে ১ লাখ নতুন কর্মসংস্থান সৃষ্টি”। এ
লক্ষ্যে তিনি ইতোমধ্যে একাধিক বড় চুক্তি ও প্রকল্পের খসড়া তৈরি করেছেন:
স্টারলিং ফার্ম ও নাসা চুক্তি: বাংলাদেশকে বিশ্বের ৫৪তম দেশ হিসেবে নাসার সঙ্গে চুক্তিবদ্ধ করেছেন, যা আগামী ২০–২৫ বছরে সুফল দেবে।


ব্যাংকের ১০০ কোটি ডলারের বিনিয়োগ: বিদেশি এক ব্যাংকের সঙ্গে চুক্তি করে এই বছরে বাংলাদেশে ১০০ কোটি ডলারের প্রবাহ নিশ্চিতের রূপরেখা পেশ করেছেন।


মালবাহী জাহাজ ও নদী ব্যবস্থাপনা: পাঁচটি বিশাল মালবাহী জাহাজ ক্রয় এবং নদী ব্যবস্থাপনার পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন—যা দেশের লজিস্টিক দক্ষতা বাড়াবে।


হাসপাতাল নির্মাণ: চারটি আন্তর্জাতিক মানের হাসপাতাল স্থাপনের উদ্যোগ, যা স্বাস্থ্যসেবায় বৈশ্বিক মান নিয়ে আসবে।


ঢাকা–চট্টগ্রাম বুলেট ট্রেন: দ্রুতগতির ট্রেন চালুর জন্য বিদেশি বিনিয়োগ আনার প্রস্তুতি, যা যাত্রীবাহী রুটকে যুগান্তকারী রূপ দেবে।


১০টি ইকোনমিক জোন: মিরসরাই, কোরগাঁওসহ দশটি বিশেষ অর্থনৈতিক অঞ্চলের উন্নয়ন, যা শিল্প ও বিনিয়োগের কেন্দ্র হবে।


এই সব পরিকল্পনা মাত্র কয়েক মাসে আরোহিত হয়েছে—যদি এক বছরের পূর্ণ সময় পান, তাহলে দেশের বিনিয়োগের পরিপ্রেক্ষিত বদলে যেতে খুব সময় লাগবে না।

⁣৭১-এর কৃতিত্ব এককভাবে দাবি করে আওয়ামী লীগ যেমন জনগণ থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়েছে, তেমনি ২৪-এর আন্দোলনের গৌরব একা দাবি করে NCP-ও হাঁটছে আত্মবিনাশের পথে। ইতিহাস কখনো একার নয়—এটা সব সময়ই জনতার।


বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতিতে ইতিহাসের কৃতিত্ব নিজের ঝুলিতে পুরে ফেলার অসুস্থ প্রতিযোগিতা যেন একটি চিরন্তন প্রহসনে পরিণত হয়েছে। এই দেশে মুক্তিযুদ্ধের ইতিহাস যেমন প্রতিনিয়ত দলীয় ব্যাখ্যায় বদলে যায়, তেমনি নতুন প্রজন্মের গণআন্দোলনের সাফল্যও এখন দাবি করা হচ্ছে একক কৃতিত্ব হিসেবে।

⁣‘আপনি করেন, আমি ৩টা নাম দিলাম ওইটা করেন, এখন ডিসিটা তো করা যাচ্ছে না। ডিসিটা চেঞ্জ হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত করতে পারতেছি না, এই মাসের ভেতর চেঞ্জ হবে, আমাকে আপনি সুযোগ দেন।’
রেল ভবনে বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ের মহাপরিচালকের (ডিজি) একান্ত সচিবের কক্ষে অপেক্ষমাণ এনসিপির সংগঠক (হবিগঞ্জ) নাহিদ উদ্দিন তারেক ফোনে এসব কথা বলছিলেন।


এনসিপির সংগঠক (হবিগঞ্জ) নাহিদ উদ্দিন তারেকের কথোপকথনের এই ভিডিও ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে। এ নিয়ে শুরু হয়েছে আলোচনা সমালোচনা।


ওই ভিডিও নাহিদ উদ্দিন তারেকের সঙ্গে বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের বদরুননেছা কলেজ শাখার সমন্বয়ক সিনথিয়া জাহিন আয়েশাকেও বসে থাকতে দেখা গেছে।



⁣বিশিষ্ট অনুসন্ধানী অনুসন্ধানী সাংবাদিক জুলকারনাইন সায়ের তার ভেরিফায়েড ফেসবুক পেজে এক পোস্টে জানিয়েছেন, নাহিদ উদ্দিন তারেক ও সিনথিয়া জাহিন আয়েশার পর ওই কক্ষে উপস্থিত হন এনসিপির অন্য এক নেতা মাহিন সরকার।


জুলকারনাইন সায়ের প্রশ্ন করেন, রেল ভবনে রেলওয়ের মহাপরিচালকের সঙ্গে তাদের কী কাজ থাকতে পারে? আর ফোনে কার নাম আর ডিসি পরিবর্তনের কথা আলোচনা করছিলেন এনসিপির সংগঠক নাহিদ উদ্দিন তারেক?
এদিকে সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে ওই ভিডিও ছড়িয়ে পড়লে সমালোচনা শুরু করেন অনেকেই।


এ বিষয়ে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আলোচিত শিক্ষার্থী মহিউদ্দিন রনি এ ফেসবুক পোস্টে বলেন, ‘রেলের ডিজির একান্ত সচিবের রুমে বসে এনসিপির নেতা নাহিদ উদ্দিন তারেক ও তার এক সহযোগী সিনথিয়া আয়েশাকে জুলাই বেঁচতে দেখলাম।


তিনি আরও বলেন, ‘এদিকে ১০ মাস পরেও জুলাইয়ে হাত, পা ও চোখ হারানো ভাইগুলো চিকিৎসা না পেয়ে দ্বারে দ্বারে ঘুরছেন। বৈষম্যেবিরোধী ছাত্র-জনতার মাথা বেঁচে এরা যেই বৈষম্যমূলক জঘন্য কাজে লিপ্ত হলো, এদের দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি দেখতে চাই।’
